New Superbike BMW HP4

Motorcycle division of the Bavarian company announced the mass production of the new superbike.

The motorcycle is equipped with a four-liter engine - the same as a sportbike BMW S 1000 RR. In essence, the new product is the edited version of this bike.

Given the claimed dry weight of 169 kg (199 kg with a full fuel tank), BMW HP4 promises to be the lightest bike in its class. In comparison with the S 1000 RR he dropped as much as 9 lbs. Of course, this has a positive impact on the speed as motorcycles: in spite of the fact that the power has remained at the same level (193 hp.). Decreased time to disperse hundreds and set the maximum speed.

In the design of the motorcycle made ​​significant improvements designed to improve its handling and driving performance. HP4 semirezhimnoy has traction control, adaptive suspension with electronic adjustment, enhanced brakes and forged wheels.

Sales of bikes start at the end of this year.
